- The quality of the product is excellent. There is nothing messy about the quality of the logo printing, the way it is delivered, or the quality of the fabric. I had ordered something similar from another company, but this one is better quality and less expensive. Not only are the products great, but the person in charge is very polite and helpful. They understand my detailed requests and make suggestions. I will order again.

- Love these boxes! Honestly, I was blown away by how nice this ivory magnetic gift box is – it feels really premium and the magnetic closure is so satisfying to use. The color is gorgeous and classy, perfect for any gift. But what really impressed me was the customer service – Jack helped me out through WhatsApp and was super quick to respond and genuinely helpful with all my questions. Made the whole experience so easy! The box arrived exactly as expected and I’ve already ordered more because they’re just perfect for jewelry, cosmetics, you name it. - Working with Geotobox was a very positive experience from beginning to end. Polly was responsive and clear in their communication. They were able to create a custom insert and apply our logo to the A5 deep box and the quality was very high. The magnetic closure makes for a high-end opening experience and all of our products we shipped arrived safely in tact. The price of these boxes was reasonable and I would absolutely recommend them.
- Amazing and luxurious looking boxes! I ordered a total of over 700 boxes from them in multiple colors and had them emboss our logo on it and they look amazing! A very high end product for my luxury candle business. Very sturdy, beautiful materials and production. Clients love the boxes. Colors are true to what they show on the website. My candles fit in them like a glove. This will be my box provider for years to come.

- When I discovered I needed a nice gift box for an event, I found the Geotobox website. I was hesitant to order since they were out of the country. I explained to them that I was on a strict deadline and needed them in less 30 days. They assured me if I sent my logo to them immediately for my custom box, I would have it in time. Although I was still hesitant, I sent the logo and placed the order. I received my custom boxes a week early. They are BEAUTIFUL. Very good quality. Would recommend and order again.

- These boxes are beautiful, sturdy and very good quality! The ribbons are beautiful as well, not low quality or thin. Each magnetic box was meticulously wrapped in plastic. The delivery boxes were packaged so well, and had hard plastic corner protectors on each corner of the big brown delivery boxes to protect the edges from bending, so to protect the magnetic boxes inside the delivery boxes. I am soooo happy that I found geotobox.com!!! I will be using these magnetic boxes for a wedding. I love them!! Thank so much, Polly!! You are one of the best merchants I have ever worked with!! :)

- This box is really sleek and well-made. With the added ribbon, the box conveys a sense of luxury that any brand could be proud of!!! I was hesitant to work with a new company for box customization, but this process went exceptionally well. The team was lightning-fast. As soon as I placed my order, their team sent me an email with an update and let me know everything they would need to get started. If I asked a question, it was answered on the spot! Genuinely, the customer service with Geoto has been better than any other I’ve experienced, as every single process was well-communicated. Custom changes I asked for were done promptly and with no fuss at all. My order actually arrived before the given final shipping date. Every box arrived in good shape to the exact specs I requested. As a designer, I’m always looking for a good partner for custom pieces, from print materials to boxes like these. It’s exceptionally rare to find a company that will treat every order as if it’s the most important order they’ve had, unless you’re placing a huge order! For my clients, I often need smaller quantities than many of the competitor sites will allow within a reasonable price point. The fact that so much care was taken for the order I placed has blown me away. I will use this business again and again. I’m not one to leave reviews, but I’m so crazy pleased and surprised by the process and final product that I would have felt bad not letting the word get out about Geoto. If you’re on the fence like I was, give them a try!!! I’m going to tell you about the things I was worried about and then tell you how it ended up working out. 1. Can they be trusted? – I was spending enough money and had a tight deadline, so getting scammed would have been totally crushing to my client. I took the risk. My first worry of this not being legitimate went away because of the instant and continued customer service. 2. Where are the goods coming from anyway? – I had very little wiggle room to get this wrong, so I was worried about getting them shipped from possibly pretty far away. This was not an issue. They sent me proofs to approve right away, got it into production, let me know AGAIN when it would be shipped, shipped it on time, and it arrived to me a little earlier than anticipated. I was SHOCKED. I kept thinking, when is this going to go wrong? It never did. I feel like I’ve just won the designer lottery. 3. The box looks nice online, but will it look cheap looking in person? NOPE! It looks and feels so professional and sleek. It’s sturdy and can hold anything I’ve put into it. There is no doubt in my mind that my client is going to be so happy with the work. I’ve seen and made several custom boxes. I doubt most of them were ever used outside of the event they were made for. I’m confident that these will be used and kept for a long time to come. 4. Is this legitimate? YEP! When you place your order, someone will reach out very quickly to keep you updated about it. If you have questions, they will respond promptly. Whatever email you put in for your order will be the one they use to contact you, so make sure you check that. The payment system was legit, easy, and safe. I would wish you luck, but you don’t need it! Seriously. I wish I could mimic this level of care, quality, and reliability with all the other work I have done.

- I ordered these boxes to hold wedding favors. I was worried at first about ordering from a company I knew little about, but I am so happy I took a chance. The quality is excellent, and I couldn’t be happier! The delivery time was less than quoted, and everything was packaged with extreme care.
- Stunning Boxes! I’m so happy with these boxes! They look high end and the black stripe on the white box is very distinctive. Exactly what o was looking for. I bought these on various sizes.
