Packing & Shipping

Our gift boxes are packed in five-layer A/B flute cartons with an edge pressure of about 9000 N/M and a bursting strength of approximately 1200 kpa, ensuring safe delivery by express, air, or sea. Each carton typically holds 12-100 boxes, weighing between 5-18 kg.

For bulk orders, sea freight is most common (approx. 30 days to the US, 40 days to Canada/Australia, and 40-50 days to the EU). Other options include train freight to the EU and express shipping worldwide for urgent needs. Please confirm your destination for precise shipping times.

Quotation & Duties

To receive an accurate quote, please confirm your desired box style, material, printing, finishing, and intended use. This helps us recommend the best insert or tray options. Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 500 pieces(Full custom of size, color and material), and order quantity significantly affects pricing. Shipping methods and destination may also impact costs and duties, so please specify your location.

Samples & Production

We recommend ordering a custom sample box before placing a full order. This ensures you can accurately evaluate your product. Using our standard sizes makes sampling quicker and more cost-effective. Sample costs may be partially or fully refunded with your final order.

Production lead time is typically 3-4 weeks for orders ranging from 500 to 50,000 boxes.
