There are still many factors that might affect product quality, and if you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a return and refund. Generally, we will recommend a refund rather not a return, because it will generate additional shipping costs during product return.
Eligible Items for Return
Most unopened and unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Exceptions include personalized, custom-made products.
You will receive a full refund of the purchase price for eligible returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return. We will provide you with return shipping labels or instructions. We must receive the returned item within 14 days of issuing the return approval.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we can process exchanges as returns plus reorders. Exchange shipping costs follow the same policy as returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
